Before I hit the 1-month mark of not making any new posts, here's one to update on my life. Sometimes I really wonder is it because I'm too busy to write, or has my life become so dull and uninteresting that I have nothing special to write about.
Anyhow, I'm still very much busy at work. It seems endless I tell you. But the relief is, it's very fulfilling at the same time. Though I'm friggin' tired, I still can say I love my job. And I love my boss more! Despite being such a slave-driver she is. My boss said something real sweet the other day. I was chatting with her (something I can NEVER do with my ex-boss) in her coom with other colleagues when she suddenly said, "I'm very blessed to have you here..." I was kinda stunned by her sudden proclaim, and she went on telling me how she decided I was the one when she first saw me at the interview, and she really like me alot. (For the record, she's married.)
To be frank, I was quite flattered and was grinning inside me when she said that. It was not the first time she said that actually (although the blessed part was the first time). Perhaps because my ex-boss never made me felt appreciated before, what my current boss said really touched me. And here's a shout-out to my dear boss in the Japanese way, 「ボースには一生付いています！」
On another note, I've been promoted to Pre-Advanced 3 for my Japanese. The last level before I proceed on to Advanced, afterwhich Business Japanese! まじめに頑張ります！=D
