Woke up at a horrendous timing today at 8:30am - for the Singapore River Raft Race 2005 organised by Singapore Polytechnic. (Stin, were you there? Since you're in the Dragon Boat team. It's not quite related but heck, they are all rowing to me. Hahahaha!)
Participated in the Media Spash where pathetically, only 5 teams took part. Union Works, LHZB, MediaCorp Recreation Club, MediaCorp News (CNA) & of course, MediaCorp Press (TODAY). We improved from last year man! We were in the 6th placing & this year, we are 5th! How honourable. Union Works is first again (they only have 4 rowers where we have 6!), MediaCorp Rec Club in second & LHZB third. If I remember clearly. You won't quite bother if you are not in the winner's list.
Anyhow, the media lunch was what me & my colleagues participated in the race for. Food whore we are. Lunch was served at Renn Thai. The food aren't exactly excellent but hell, it's FOC, so yeah, I shut up.
