Ronald Susilo lost. There goes Singapore's dream of getting a Olympic gold. And there goes Lim Swee Say, weeping. Here's a sneak peek; look out for a photo of him weeping in tomorrow's issue of TODAY.
Just as I was sulking over the TV page because of the Olympics coverage we have on MediaCorp, (We are The Olympic Network afterall. So we have to "get things right". That's a direct quote from a reader) I'm starting to like laying the page. In fact, LOVE doing it. But I hate weekend TV page still. The highlights are a total killer!!!!
There's something to look forward to actually. MY BOSS IS ON LEAVE! She'll only be back on 26th. Hohoho! Gone down-under to celebrate her birthie. I foresee heaven. BUT, 2 of my colleagues are away. One of which just came back from Vietnam & will be going to K.L tomorrow. Some people just get it all don't they? Never-ending leave(s). So, it's not exactly heaven afterall. I gotta attend the evening editorial meeting which is a totally waste of time (for me at least.) A good whole 20-odd minutes gone just like that. I can just lay my TV page you know. Hang in there. Just one more rant. I'm working this Sunday. Full-shift. From 10am till 11.30pm =( And it's the day PM Lee's making his National Day Rally speech. Wish me good luck.
End of whine. Start of bitching. Speaking of which, watched the 3rd episode of Singapore Idol earlier on today. (Jealous? =P) I must say it's not bad, but the bitching part is just not enough. We want more bitching yea? Give us more! Anyway, was on the train, making my way home earlier on. Feeling bored, I took out my free copy of i-weekly & started to browse through it. Next to me is this total bitch that is pouring her eyes over my magazine while I'm reading it. Hello?! It's rude ya know, bitch! Can't you afford a copy of that $1.50 mag? I ignored her & continue reading my mag, this time putting the magazine futher away from her. There's no way I'm gonna share my free mag with you, cheapo bitch. Go buy one for goodness sake.
Btw, anyone knows where I can get the Maggi mashed potato machine found in 7-Eleven? I'm so in love with it that I wanna buy the machine home. It's addictive! It's delicious! It's Maggi mashed potato! *chiang*
*chiang: Japanese way of saying taadaa! (And I'm not kidding.)
