My greatest fear just landed its claws on me. MY COMPUTER IS GETTING CRANKY! My dear baby (which is not even 1-year-old I think) is throwing tantrums. There's something wrong (VERY WRONG) with my cd-rom drive. (Or rather CDRW drive). It can't read ALOT of my discs. (Pirated ones aside) It can't even play original audio CDs. I figured it might be because the optical lens (or whatever you call that) is dirty & so I bought this cd-rom lens cleaner but the drive can't detect the disc!!!!!!
How? How? How? I'm a total dimwit when it comes to hardware stuffs. Please tell me what I should do next. (Besides the extremely helpful comment someone posted in the forum when I requested for help - "time to get a new one". DUH with a capital D. DUH DUH DUH!)

I'm as cranky as my comp. Or even crankier. Did I mention how I shouted "STUPID FUCKER" damn loudly in the newsroom last Thursday? Anyway, yeah I did.
