And so, it's yesterday that my A.I sensei flew back home to Japan. Perhaps it's the fact that we haven't been seeing each other so regularly lately, I wasn't as sad as I thought I would be. And nope, I didn't get to send her off. She refused to tell me the time of her flight, but she sent a farewell email when she was at the airport. A touching & sweet one...
The farewell "party" went pretty well on Sunday. She's back to her usual self, less weary & more chirpy. Hope she stays this genki always! No photos here, but at my Japanese blog, which I've yet to update...very tiring to manage so many blogs at the same time. =x Till I see her again in Japan Spring '08, I'm telling myself, April 2008 is just 8 months away. It'll fly by before I knew it.
Oh well, done with one emotional ride, one more to go — my last day with my current company. Been busy so-called doing some last minute catch-up with colleagues, lunching with different people everyday. Like what one of my colleague said to me, "Wah! You very popular now ah?" Popular or not, I do not know. But I guess I'm still pretty well-liked in the office. My colleagues seem to be more sad than I am that I'm leaving. Hahaha! Or perhaps it hasn't hit me still. We'll see, on my last day. I might just tear like some broken tap, so I shan't say much now. =P
