Oh god! I wanna shout this out loud, "I LOVE JAPAN!". Even if I might get a tight slap from the older Chinese generation, I still wanna say I love Japan! For its rich culture, quirky inventions, great daring fashion-setters & every other things I'm madly in love with.
And why this sudden proclaim? I just received the best customer service that one can never ever get in Stinkapore. Let's face it, our customer service really sucks to the max. Anyhow, I just ordered some stuffs from my favourite Japan site & apparently something I ordered was accidentally sold, and the store manager (I suppose he is) emailed me & part of the email contain sentences like, "Welcome back! This is Tomo. It is my honor to be able to serve you again!" and "It would be really appreciated, if you reply to me soon. I am always at your service." For a quick-tempered person like me, my anger just dissolved away after seeing the email (despite it having lotsa spelling & grammar errors).
And so, although my orders got delayed, I'm still a happy & very satisfied customer. I was even allowed to add in 1 more item into the same order so that I can save on shipping! Well done! I am very impressed & pleased with the kinda service & customer support I got. Ahhh...that's why I say, I LOVE JAPAN!
Oh! Did I mentioned that I went shopping today again? Was not required to work today & since I woke up rather early, I headed for town! Lotsa sales going on & I managed to grab some really good buys! Like a graphic tee for just friggin $9.80! Not even 10 bucks can?! And it's not even cheapo looking. Bought my perfume at a discounted price too, along with a free bag & brolly. And other stuffs...too many to be listed. Muahahahaha! I'm one happy-shopped girl!
