I'm traumatised. SOMEONE MISSPELT DIARY IN THE NEWSROOM & NO ONE (I stress NO ONE) spotted the spelling error for the past whole friggin year or so until I saw it today.
Anwar was showing me the assignment checklist stuffs to be sent to the editors & he opened dis folder with files that say "Dairy Apr 28" & so I asked, "Errr...why is it dairy? Do you guys mean diary? *trying hard not to laugh*" Then, he bursted out laughing saying, "Oh my! Thank you for spotting it out." & we both laughed non-stop.
SOMEONE KILL ME PLEASE! The last place I should see DIARY misspelt is the newsroom & yet DAIRY greeted me right in the face today in TODAY (pun intended) Anyway, night shift's not so bad afterall. I'm born to lead an irregular lifestyle. Hahahahaha!
OMG! Gelden called in 933. Hahahahaha & that idiot didn't dedicate song to me *HuMpH* (Not that I care. LK will prolly laugh her front teeth off if she hears my name) Speaking of 933 hotline.....it's a trend for NTU/NUS/SIM people to call in these days & they'll exclaim which hall they're from & they seemed so fucking happy. Cheap thrill. They've made the whole thing into some competition thingy & LK keeps stressing on the part about how other hall's people are calling in as well. Like non-NTU/NUS listeners care? You're not broadcasting for those slogging uni students only my dear pal. This whole thing is really pissing me off. I can almost see the stupid grin on those uni students' face when they announce they're from NUS Hall blah blah blah & it makes me feel like stuffing some old stinky sock into their mouth. "SHUT THE FUCK UP MAN! STOP CALLING THE STUPID HOTLINE & GO STUDY FOR YOUR FUCKING EXAMS! STOP TRAUMATISING EVERY OTHER NON-UNI LISTENERS!" Argh! What has gotten to you pal, your programme is deteriorating you know. Forgive me for saying this but your programming style no longer catches my interest. You're my pal, that's why I'm frank with you. Ah whatever~
My stupid torrent is loading damn fucking S-L-O-W-L-Y! I want my Kuroki Hitomi! *stomps feet* Anyone knows where I can get Golden Bowl VCD? Stupid me didn't watch it when it was shown on Channel 8. I'm willing pay for the show! (Reasonable price please) Just tell me where I can get the VCD that CAN be played on pc. I bought so many VCDs that can't be played on my comp drive. This is fucking irritating. My VCD now just sits there without me being able to watch it. Applause please.
Yeah...I almost forgot. I was rather offended by what Anwar said today. Here goes the conversation...
A: What kinda songs do you listen to?
Me: Chinese (as a matter of factly)
A: Oh! Do you speak English? (In a sarcastic tone. Note: the whole conversation was done in English)
Me: Of course I do! I speak English doesn't mean I have to listen to English songs! (rather pissed tone)
A: Oh...that's true
Rina & Jas starts to laugh. That changed the mood alittle.
As you all already know, I hate it when people bear bias thoughts against Chinese culture/Mandarin. Ok...he's non-chinese I can forgive for a certain part but please, what the hell is wrong with a Chinese listening to Mandarin pop songs? I'm glad & proud at the same time that I haven't forgotten the fact that I'm an Asian. A Chinese. You'll caught me dead if I were to go crazy over US culture. NEVER EVER I WILL. I can place my life on that. I'm just not interested & I don't see the point why i should. China's becoming strong you know? Anyway, I love Taiwan & Japan more than I love Singapore. Hahahahaha! =x
